An innovative school through which Fondazione Agnelli and many other important partners help university students develop entrepreneurial skills.
The School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (SEI) is promoted by Fondazione Agnelli and its authoritative public and private partners, to help university students develop entrepreneurial skills through classes, work experiences in innovative companies, and lectures by entrepreneurs, investors and professionals.
SEI is managed by Collège des Ingénieurs Italia in collaboration with UniCredit, Club degli Investitori, Turin’s Chamber of Commerce, Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori of the Unione Industriale di Torino (Young Entrepreneurs Group of the Employers’ Association of Turin), Polytechnic University of Turin and University of Turin. Education at SEI – which thanks to partners’ contribution is completely free for students – is organised into independent programmes that have different duration, access criteria and attendance options.
At SEI’s inauguration in 2018, the Vice-chairman of Fondazione Agnelli, John Elkann, commented, “With this initiative, we strive to support young people who want to put themselves to the test and start an innovative company. Thanks to the collaboration with universities, institutions and local enterprises, the School offers new opportunities to transform business ideas into start-ups, strengthening the role Turin can and must play in Europe’s innovation scene”.
